Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Tradologie. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, conducting training and development programs, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Location: Noida
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills:
>> Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills.
>> Training and Development program management.
>> Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
>> Experience in performance management and conflict resolution.
>> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
>> Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
>> HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
